By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase from our store.

You may not interfere with the security or operation of the website, introduce malicious code, collect information about other users without authorization, or violate the rights of Cozuy or any third party.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, colors and details may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, and device settings.

Cozuy products made from natural horn vary from piece to piece. Differences in color, grain, translucency, pattern, and minor dimensions are expected characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.

Each piece is handcrafted in China by local artisans using traditional horn-comb making techniques. Minor variations associated with hand shaping and polishing are part of the individual character of the product, provided that they do not prevent normal use.

We may update product descriptions, availability, pricing, or other information when reasonably necessary.

3. Personalization and Engraving

You are responsible for checking all personalization details, including spelling, capitalization, and punctuation, before submitting an engraved order.

Once engraving has begun, a personalized item cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless it arrives damaged, defective, or different from the personalization details confirmed in your order.

We may refuse personalization requests that contain unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate content.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory errors, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or unauthorized resale activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled portion to the original payment method.

You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information. Please review your order confirmation and contact us promptly if you notice an error.

5. Prices, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice before an order is placed.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the total amount shown, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical, technical, or system error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, peak periods, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The website and its content, including the Cozuy name, logos, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, videos, guides, page designs, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to Cozuy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, modify, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

8. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, suggestion, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

Where permitted by the submission method and applicable law, you grant Cozuy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for operating and promoting our business.

We may remove or decline to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, unrelated, or otherwise inappropriate. We are not required to publish every review or submission.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party providers for payments, delivery, analytics, advertising, email, reviews, and other business functions.

Third-party websites, applications, payment services, and links are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services that we do not control.
