I noticed slight scratches or uneven colors; is this a quality issue?
No. Natural horn features organic growth patterns, color variations, and subtle textures, which are true hallmarks of its authenticity.
Unfortunately, natural horn is brittle and cannot be seamlessly repaired once snapped. Please avoid dropping it on hard floors.
While they do not chemically alter your hair , they significantly improve hair condition by reducing mechanical damage, minimizing static, and gently distributing your natural scalp oils.
What should I do if the comb warps slightly in dry weather?
Because horn is made of natural protein, it can react to dehydration. Occasionally apply a few drops of hair oil to keep it supple and prevent warping.
The comb has a smell upon arrival. How do I handle it?
A mild natural horn (keratin) scent is normal and indicates a real horn product. This scent naturally fades over time with regular use.
Is it ethically sourced?
Yes. We exclusively use naturally shed or by-product horn materials. No animals are ever raised or harmed specifically for our comb production.
Is the packaging suitable for gifting?

What should I do if the comb is used in a damp environment?
Never soak your comb or leave it in a damp bathroom. If it gets wet, dry it immediately with a soft towel to prevent it from cracking.
